Q: What are the System Requirements?
A: To organize or attend a meeting, the following is required:
For PC-based attendees:
- Internet Explorer® 5.0 or newer, Netscape® 6.0 or newer, Mozilla® Firefox® 1.0 or newer (JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled)
- Windows® 2000, XP, 2003 Server
- Stable 56k, cable modem, ISDN, DSL, or better Internet connection
- Minimum of Pentium® 400 MHz with 356 MB of RAM (recommended)
For Macintosh®-based attendees:
- Safari™ 1.3 or newer, Firefox® 1.5 or newer on PowerPC G3/G4/G5, Firefox 1.5.0.2 or newer on Intel® (JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled))
- Mac OS® X 10.3.9 (Panther) or newer)
- PowerPC G3/G4/G5 or Intel processor (G4 450 MHz with 256 MB of RAM or better recommended)

A: Your ActiveGroup session is private and secure. ActiveGroup has been created with security in mind. We realize the sensitive nature of our clients’ business and want to insure that the latest in security measures are used.

Q: What if I can’t download the video from the archived ActiveGroup event?
A: If you are having trouble downloading video files from your ActiveGroup project, please contact Customer Support:

Q: How do I access my archived ActiveGroup event?
A: To view the archived interviews, you will need a valid ActiveGroup Confirmation email or a valid Event ID and password. If you have a confirmation email, you can click on the “Watch Now” button to visit your secure ActiveGroup Event page. If you have an Event ID and password, you can go to the Event Login Page or our Home Page and enter your login information into the appropriate fields. After either clicking the “Watch Now” button or entering the Event ID and password, you should now be logged into the appropriate ActiveGroup Event Page (if you watched the live interviews – this page should look familiar).
You can view archived interviews from either the Client Lounge interface or the Media On Demand Archive Player. Either choice allows you to view the archived videos, but the Client Lounge interface allows you to take ActiveNotes (make video clips).

Q: When will I get my event log in?
A: If you are the ActiveGroup booking contact, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the project is entered into the ActiveGroup system (this is usually a few moments after the booking request is received). If you are not the ActiveGroup booking contact, then you will most likely receive a forwarded copy of the confirmation email from the ActiveGroup booking contact. In the event that you do not receive a confirmation email (either directly or via forward), please contact Customer Support for further assistance: By phone - 877-569-8666, by email - cc@activegroup.net, or by

Q: How do I request a portable system?
A: If you want to book a job at a facility that does not have ActiveGroup equipment permanently installed, contact our Sales department with your request. ActiveGroup will then do two things: 1) Make sure the requested location meets ActiveGroup broadcast requirements, and 2) make sure that an ActiveGroup portable system is available. If both criteria are met, then your ActiveGroup project will be booked and you will receive an ActiveGroup confirmation email.
