ActiveGroup eliminates all of the travel normally associated with a focus group. Rather than physically attending the group facility, you simply log on from home, your office or anywhere else you have high speed internet access.

You can watch the ActiveGroup live and chat with all of the other viewers who are also logged in using our ClientLounge viewing interface.

Instead of everyone being behind the physical mirror, you can all be in different locations but still interact.

If you still send someone to the facility, that person can be logged into the ClientLounge as well, making it possible for you to pass comments on to that person, who, in turn can pass comments to the moderator.

If you do not watch the event live, you can still watch it anytime over the next 30 days from our archives (called on-demand viewing).
